Falkin helps users spot scams by offering quick tools to check suspicious calls, texts, links, and more.

2. What Happens When You Use This Tool

• The number or message you submitted
• Timestamp of use
• Your IP address or device type

We use this info solely to deliver the requested result (e.g., scam check result) and improve scam detection.

For SMS services, standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary depending on your requests. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Falkin message, or get help by replying HELP.

We do not:

• Track your identity
• Store submissions long term
• Use your data for marketing
• Sell your information

3. Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR, you may have rights to request, correct, or delete your data. Since we don’t permanently store this data, these rights may not apply.
