This Mobile Terms of Service applies when you use Falkin’s SMS services, such as texting CHECK to BSAFE (27233), or any similar short code programs operated by Falkin.

1. Service Description

Falkin provides scam safety tools via SMS, allowing you to check suspicious phone numbers, messages, or links and receive scam safety alerts or recommendations.

2. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Opting Out

You can opt out of Falkin SMS services at any time by replying STOP to any Falkin message. To get help or support, reply HELP or email support@falkin.com.

4. Data Use

We collect your mobile number and submitted content solely to deliver requested scam check services. We do not sell or share your mobile number or related data for any purposes.
