Falkin provides embedded digital safety tools for financial institutions, helping protect consumers from scams and financial harm. Our operations are based in the United Kingdom and the United States, supported by a distributed team and a technology-led model.

Our supply chain primarily includes cloud infrastructure providers, software and technology vendors, professional services providers, and independent contractors. While these categories are generally considered lower risk, potential risks may exist within subcontracted services and global technology ecosystems.

Our Approach

Falkin takes a proportionate and risk-based approach to modern slavery. We work with established suppliers, consider ethical and compliance standards in our partnerships, and avoid relationships where there are clear indicators of labor exploitation risk.

We operate with zero tolerance for forced labor, human trafficking, or exploitation, and comply with applicable labor laws and regulations. We expect similar standards from our partners.
